E.P.Si.T. (Endoscopic Pilonidal Sinus Treatment) is a minimally invasive technique for the treatment of pilonidal cysts and recurrences. EPSIT is an endoscopic ablation of the pilonidal cyst, possible fistulas and fistula orifices under visual control. Direct visual control is one of the central features of this new surgical procedure.
